Katharine K. Wilkinson is a licensed Attorney in the State of Wyoming. Her focus is Government Relations and Lobbying. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Taxpayers Association, on the Wyoming State Bar Legislative Developments Committee, is the Wyoming Representative for the National League of Women Lobbyists and is a member of the 2013 Class of Leadership Wyoming. She has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
