Cheyenne Business Parks

As a not-for-profit economic development entity, our mission is jobs per acre, not dollars per acre.

Build-to-suit opportunities exist in either of LEADS’ two business/industrial parks. As the landowner, LEADS has the latitude to enter into the most competitive purchase negotiations possible.
