Ray has 50 years experience in residential and commercial construction. He is the past owner of ready-mix, gravel plant, lumber yard, land development enterprises. He has built two housing subdivisions in Wheatland and Douglas, Wyoming. He is currently a fellow, past vice-president, and past secretary of Society of American Military Engineers along with being past chairman and member of National Contract Management Association. Ray was included in the 2002-2003 America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals. Other associations which Ray belongs to are:
