As a not-for-profit economic development entity, our mission is to make Cheyenne and Laramie County the location of choice for new and expanding businesses.
Cheyenne LEADS owns the North Range Business Park and the Cheyenne Business Parkway. Both offer build-to-suit opportunities. LEADS also works closely with Realtors and landowners to make sure businesses find the best location for their projects.

Cheyenne Business Parkway
The Cheyenne Business Parkway (CBP), owned by Cheyenne LEADS, encompasses a total of 900 acres immediately east of central Cheyenne and within city limits. (This park is not rail served.) Some of the current park residents include Eagle Claw Fishing & Tackle, EchoStar/Dish Network, Sierra, Lowe’s Distribution Center, Lunavi, Stag Arms and Magpul industries.
Cheyenne Logistics Hub
The only rail served park in Cheyenne is ideally situated just 90 minutes from Denver on Interstate 25. The Cheyenne Logistics Hub was systematically developed to be world-class and build-ready. There are 1500 acres available, providing room for business growth into the future.
Niobrara Industrial Park
The Niobrara Industrial Park is a smaller park in southeastern Cheyenne. This desirable location how limited space still available.
Campstool Business Park
Situated at the southeast edge of Cheyenne, the Campstool Business Development is strategically located with high visibility for commercial development. Encompassing over 200 acres within city limits; the site offers paved city roads, city utilities, is annexed, platted and zoned Heavy Industrial. Direct access to U.S. Interstate-80 at the Campstool Road Exit Interchange and located near Lowe’s Distribution Center, Best Western Plus, Sierra Trading Post and Cheyenne Business Park.
North Range Business Park
The North Range Business Park (NRBP) consists of 21 sites with a total of 620 acres of land. With open areas, and walking trails Microsoft, NCAR/UCAR and the Walmart Distribution Center call NRBP home. This park allows for immediate access to I-80 and nearby access to I-25.
Bison Business Park
Bison Business Park is Cheyenne, Wyoming’s newest business park. Located in the city limits, the park includes 500 acres of mix-use, commercial or light industrial land opportunities. The park is located on Highway 85 with nearby access to I-80 and I-25.
