Dinneen Downtown is a mixed-use redevelopment project centered on the historic Dinneen Building in downtown Cheyenne. Originally built in 1927 as an automobile dealership facility, the building has been enlarged and repurposed to support modern office, retail, commercial, and downtown living opportunities while preserving an important piece of Cheyenne’s architectural history.
Located at the western edge of Cheyenne’s downtown commercial district, Dinneen Downtown includes renovated historic space, a two-story addition, basement storage, and nearby townhouse development. The project reflects continued investment in downtown revitalization, adaptive reuse, and creating spaces that support business activity, residential opportunities, and a more vibrant downtown core.
