Brinkman Construction is a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor actively serving the Cheyenne market. We partner with owners, developers, and design teams to deliver high-performing spaces across Wyoming and the Front Range.
Founded in Fort Collins in 2005 by brothers Paul and Kevin Brinkman, Brinkman began as an integrated real estate company. That background still shapes how we build today. We lead projects with an owner’s mindset, balancing cost, schedule, quality, and long-term value from day one.
Our work is grounded in strong relationships, accountability, and follow-through. The majority of our projects come from repeat clients, which reflects how we show up: collaborative, transparent, and all-in from preconstruction through closeout.
We serve a broad range of markets including multifamily, healthcare, office, advanced manufacturing, commercial, hospitality, and tenant improvements/renovations.
In Cheyenne, our experience includes projects such as Blue Federal Credit Union’s World Headquarters and affordable housing communities delivered with Lincoln Avenue Communities. We’re continuing to invest in relationships and opportunities in the region and welcome conversations with organizations planning what’s next.
