About Cheyenne LEADS
Cheyenne LEADS is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving as the economic development entity for the City of Cheyenne and Laramie County, Wyoming. LEADS is funded by the Cheyenne business community with more than 300 corporate and individual dues-paying members, and through contracts with the City of Cheyenne, Laramie County, and the Cheyenne-Laramie County Joint Powers Board. LEADS can assist non-retail businesses in all phases of relocation or expansion in the area.
Innovative in encouraging growth, Cheyenne LEADS is the owner of the Cheyenne Business Parkway, a 900 acre business park with 300 acres still available in parcels ranging from 4 acres to 60 acres, and the North Range Business Park with 740 total acres of which 220 are available in 10 parcels from eight acres to 45 acres. Both business parks are shovel ready and enjoy immediate access to I-80.
